When will my order ship?
We usually ship all our orders the same or next business day the order was placed. Sometimes, you may expect a slight delay of 2 days. We have a 99% same day shipping rate.
On average your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that an order placed on Friday will ship on Monday as we don’t ship on non-business days.
How long will it take after my order ships?
Expedited Shipping may take from 1 to 5 business days. All our orders are shipped from our different locations in Canada depending on the availability of the local warehouse. You can always track your package on the carriers website we used to ship your order.
How much is shipping?
ONLY $6.99 Expedited Shipping per Order (not per item) regardless how many items in an order. We ship to all 10 Provinces and 3 Territories in Canada.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
If the item appears to have obvious damage by the Shipping company, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or call the shipping company to submit a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of 5 days to file the damage claim. Obtain a control number from the shipping company.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), email our customer service for Order Status.
Most of our orders are approved automatically by a set of filters we have, to make that process faster for customers. Please make sure to contact our Customer Service or Sales Department if you believe your order has been duplicated. tonersupermart.ca will not take responsibility for doubled orders, although you will of course be allowed to return the duplicate shipment.

Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it could have all fit into one box?
We keep the safety of your packages in mind with regards to weight and size. In some occasions we shipped from another warehouse.
Why did they separate the packages of my order?
Many times when multiple packages are shipped the shipping company may route the package on to another truck due to space issues. It is quite possible that the shipping company may separate the order for the same order. However, they will make every effort to delivery all packages on the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally. Currently, we only ship within Canada.
Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. We can help you but we cant guarantee a fast turnaround on this.
Can you send my order COD?
Due to high costs associated with COD orders, we cannot ship any orders COD. Unless you have an VIP account with toner supermart ltd
My Package never arrived and it says that it has shipped
In some cases a package can be lost by the carrier and never arrived to the customer. tonersupermart.ca can either reship the package or reimburse the customer for the money if the package is claimed before 30 days after the date of purchase. The claims are applicable for packages with no tracking number or packages delivered to wrong addresses. Please remember that NO CLAIMS WILL BE TAKEN PAST THE 30 DAYS.
Name brand OEM (original) cartridges are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you encounter problems or receive a defective cartridge please contact the manufacturer for their return procedure. We do not accept returns on OEM (Originals) products.
